10/10. Even though he business was affected by the Langley fire tragedy, Dawn got me in to her other location to do my eyelashes for my special occasion. As a newby to getting them done, I absolutely love them. Best customer service ever!

It is so refreshing to find a place where they truly care about their clients! There were some hiccups with my rescheduled appointments and Dawn went above and beyond and made me feel valued. Ashley did such a wonderful job on my extensions and was really lovely to talk to. I highly recommend them for their impeccable service and highly skilled staff!

Kyle was excellent and helped me pick out extensions. I was so happy with them. She was very gentle throughout the process and I had no problems

It was my 1st getting Lashes extensions and I am So happy with the results. Yulia is very friendly and she did a great job on putting in the lashes. She thoroughly explained the do’s and don’t. Overall all, I had a great experience

It was my first time to have lash extensions and Yulia made me feel very comfortable. Yulia was so gentle the whole procedure was very relaxing. My lashes look lovely! Yulia also tinted and waxed my eyebrows. She made sure I was happy with the colour. I will definitely return.
