She was so sweet and kind, I felt very comfortable. I let her know that at the very start there was some stinging in one of my eyes (I have extremelyyy sensitive eyes, which can be quite a pain), and she quickly expressed worry, and honestly went above and beyond to ensure that my eyes were comfortable and there was no stinging. After she just moved something slightly the stinging was gone, but she continued to be really thorough, and my extremely sensitive and teary eyes were so comfortable. I got the lash lift, and they honestly look like extensions haha. She is very quick, yet thorough.

My daughter and I had a relaxing facial and massage by the lovely Kym and Leah. We came up from Sydney for the weekend but will definitely be back for some pampering when we can.

I was surprised at first when I was I. The end being served by a trainee to do my eyelashes. And I was upset when I had them finished that it wasn’t what I asked for but when I got home it’s been three days now and she has actually done a fantastic job of doing them . I was given free infills to be used within a couple of weeks so I’m going back for sure . I am now very happy with them and I will be also getting my hair coloured by them as well as I saw a couple of clients in the shop with amazing hair results. I recommend the mazical eyes shop to anyone who wants to get pampered

It was the best massage I think I’ve ever had so relaxing and so peaceful but I think she forgot to massage my arms ❤️ are you meant to get your arms done in the full body massage? And the facial was amazing too.

Audrey has been my lash lady for 6 years now and she has never ever disappointed!! She always knows what is best for your eye shape and will recommend the best lashes specific to you. She is also such a perfectionist, so the lashes come out amazing every time! I am someone who is constantly on the go and does not take amazing care of their lashes, however the retention is amazing and gets better everytime! She is the sweetest girl and I always have the best time with her during our appointments 🤍

I got the wispy wet look set and absolutely love it!Heidi nails it every time and the whole appointment is always chill and comfy.

Came back for a nail repair where Kim took time care and attention to detail to fix my broken set. The original nail popped off which is not to accuse Irene for her excellent work but my own nail has its flaws. Both Kim and Irene did such a great job and really put in a lot of care into the job and service. Def recommend for a full set and even a nail repair service.

Audrey is amazing not only at what she does but just her in general she’s a beautiful person with amazing skills as a lash tech. I always feel confident and good about myself when I get my lashes done by her she’s the best !

I am in love with my wedding nails. I am usually a natural girly but I think I’m converted! Thank you to the highly talented team- absolute professionals. I couldn’t be happier my dreamy set.
