Jen was super welcoming !! The whole environments was comfortable and I felt really relaxed. One thing I love was that Jen went through and explained everything to me, leaving me with no questions, and any questions I did have were answered thoroughly. christina made my first time a wonderful experience. as a first timer putting lash extensions with a lash tech, she made sure i understood her process so i could feel comfortable with what she was doing. she made sure i was enjoying my session and went thru the aftercare step by step to ensure my natural lashes stay healthy as well as making my extensions stay for a good period. highly recommend ☺️
