I have very sensitive eyes and have tried several lash salons around Melbourne, but this place is by far the most comfortable experience I’ve had in the city. YUKA is amazing – she is extremely attentive, gentle, and also very fast, which makes a huge difference. My eyes never feel irritated, and the lashes always turn out beautiful and natural after i’ve got set! Highly recommend this salon, especially YUKA, if you’re looking for comfort and quality.

By far the best lash extension service I've ever had. Very professional service. The communication was great regarding which style you wanted and they had prepared examples to show you how each style may look against your eye before you chose. Amazing, precise and neat application. Great isolation, great placement, not too much glue used. The retention was amazing. The booking system is great with Khloe. Consistent results each time. Great relaxing space and Khloe is friendly. I have since moved away from Melbourne. Highly recommend

Just had my brow tattoo touch-up and a mega volume lash set, and I’m obsessed! JEN WORKED WONDERS, refreshing my brows perfectly and giving me the exact shape I wanted. The mega volume lashes are stunning – so full and dramatic, yet surprisingly lightweight. The whole experience was top-notch, from the relaxing atmosphere to the professional service. After recently moving, I was looking for a new lash technician. After trying two new places, with pretty awful results, I booked in to see Pan from Lash.PrettyUp. Pan is lovely and exceptionally competent. She took time to discuss the look I was after, removed the horrible lashes that were already on my eyes, and added a full set of the most beautiful lashes I think I have ever had. They are soft and silky and so natural looking that I look like I was just lucky enough to be born with gorgous lashes! Pan is also very gentle and didn't rush the removal process. 10/10. I had lash extensions for the very first time in my life by T Nguyen at Ultralashedup. I went for Natural Anime however, took suggestions by Nguyen and asked her to do what would suit my face. She suggested Classic as its easier to maintain when you are new to lash extensions. So I went for Classic Wet Cateye. She was super humble, sweet and gentle. No stinging, was quick and beautifully executed by Nguyen. Highly recommend their salon great attention to detail as well. Would come back for sure🎀💝
