Bec has been doing my lashes forever, she is truly a master lash artist and is very passionate about creating beautiful lashes. I am always impressed with Bec’s professionalism and warm personality. Bec is such a professional, she is so gentle and so kind. Always making sure my lashes are perfect before I walk out the door. I get so many compliments it’s not funny! Such a lovely and kind person as well. All the technicians at Berwick are amazing. You hear the way every technician speaks to each client and they are all so sweet and caring. I loved Nikki! It was my first time with her and she was an absolute gem. Lashes look great, she was super kind and friendly. No lash glue in my eye, they look full and fluffy and the hour flew by. They were great, patient, kind. The lash tech did my eyelashes so well and so gentle I fell asleep! Eyebrow wax and thread lady listened to my requests in regards to shape and thickness and I got so many compliments and at a great competitive price too. My new regular now!

The environment is welcoming and comfortable! I had my lash extensions done for the first time by Ella who was very professional and explained the process to me ,which made me feel at ease and relaxed. My lashes lasted a month, which was great! I have just returned for a 2nd time and Ella has done another exceptional job :) Could not recommend more highly.

My eyelashes look amazing, I came in with clumpy lashes done from another lash technician, most of them had fallen out and what was left was so clumpy and horrible now they look beautiful and fluffy!

Today I came in to get eyelash extensions, eyebrow threading, and eyebrow henna. The staff were lovely, funny, and very welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and telling others about the great service I received today. A big thank you to the lady who looked after me—sorry I couldn’t remember your name!

Eyelash extension refills and threading are always done beautifully. The service is consistently great, always with a smile. I truly enjoy coming here—they take their time, never rush, and make you feel cared for. I always walk out of the salon feeling amazing.
