The staff were very friendly and honest. They use the latest laser technology, and I’m extremely pleased to have found this clinic.

I visited MBL Laser & Skin Therapy today for a snoring treatment and some laser hair removal. Honestly, couldn’t be happier! The gentleman was super welcoming. The atmosphere was calm, neat and professional. Shaz is absolutely fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything so clearly. The treatments were painless. (literally felt nothing!) and the entire experience was so relaxing. Shaz treated me with such care and attention. I felt like I was in expert hands the whole time. Highly recommend. The best hydra facial i ever had , Sim was amazing and the products used were potent and authentic . My skin feels brightened with Vit c of highest efficacy mixed with enzyme serum which worked wonders for my skin !

Was very skeptical before to spend more than £300 on a million dollar facial but read it in the description and then went for it with Sim - the results and the products are amazing ! My skin feels the cleanest and the glow is beyond imagination . Eberlin products are authentic and Sim is the best !

John as always is absolutely amazing, such a good hair dresser and always love the colour and cut he does. However the other woman working at the salon was extremely rude to a customer who had come in for a special dye. The customer clearly just wanted the treatment she’d agreed over the phone she could have. The staff member was short, aggressive and forced the customer to pay before the rinse, despite not asking any other customers to do the same. I was shocked by the behavior from this staff member towards a customer who clearly was being treated differently.

I have visited Classic Beauty London for the first time and couldn’t recommend Alex enough! I’ve had a laser hair removal and I had an amazing experience. Alex is very thorough, friendly and professional. I’ll be back in 4 weeks for my second session.
