I had both facial and laser treatments with Zafreen at Citrine Clinic and I’m so impressed with the whole experience. She is professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout. The clinic itself is spotless and has such a relaxing atmosphere. My skin felt refreshed and glowing after the facial, and the laser treatments are alw smooth and painless with great results already showing. Today, I had a chemical peel with Taiba, and it was a truly wonderful experience. I felt a bit nervous at first, but she talked me through every step of the process, which helped me relax. I’m really looking forward to seeing the results. Taiba is an excellent clinician—polite, friendly, and very reassuring. The receptionist, Armani, is also warm and welcoming. I genuinely enjoy visiting Laser Light Clinic because of their professionalism and kindness.

Sonia has been doing some treatment on me for about a year now in quite a delicate area it’s not her normal procedures at Flawless but she took it upon herself to help me out with my situation as I’ve mentioned in the past that my GP was on able to help with. And she came up with a solution of different treatments that we could try, unfortunately the laser treatment didn’t work as well as it could’ve done but it certainly made a little improvement. Anyway we tried a different technique yesterday and it was my last session with her and I’m very grateful . Thanks Sonia. X
