Everything was great! The clinic was easy to find, I parked close by. The clinic was spotless and nicely decorated. The lady Joules who done my procedure (laser tattoo removal) today was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She made me feel at ease, explained what was going to happened during the procedure and thé aftercare needed. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for more sessions. From being flexible with a hiccup in my travel plans, to the detailed aftercare advice…this was, controversially, a very pleasant experience. Unlike my first very painful bout, with albeit a very junior practitioner, Ally is efficient and confident in her work! I’m looking forward to getting back under the laser! Five stars!
