As always very accommodating as I was running very late to my appointment due to severe traffic they were all so very understanding. Arrived at my appointment and I had changed my mind to what I wanting doing from my consultation Serena listened to me and was happy to it for me. Always happy chatty and a pleasure to be in company. Love love my hair every time I walk out the salon.

Leighoni is amazing, I am so glad I have found her. She is super talented and does my hair amazing every time. My goodness where do I start with service at Prept!! Exceptional!!! All the team are highly professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and warm and friendly. I live 40 miles away from Prept and I will always travel to them because they are THE BEST. Laura is sensational and she will go above and beyond to give you first class service. Kerry is a fantastic stylist and again 1st class service. It's not hard to see why clients will always go back. I'm a Prept girl for life❤️❤️❤️❤️
