Ive seen Alex for the 4th time now initially for my back and shoulders and even from the first session I noticed quite significant improvement with her extensive knowledge of how the body/ muscles work weve also found other areas causing some of the issues im having that i certainly wouldn't have thought of myself, I can't thank you enough for the time and effort put in to already greatly reduce the discomfort ive been in for some time. Already got my next session booked in 😊

I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

Alex welcomed me back to her new, larger massage studio in Fareham. I had an hours sports massage where she gave me a full body session which helped with all my problems. I highly recommend Alex for her knowledge and friendly service.

This appointment was attended by my partner, who is suffering with a knee issue. He was very impressed with Alex's understanding of the problem and she put him at ease immediately. The massage that Alex administered was amazing and she offered him some much needed advice re: exercise and aftercare. He will be arranging a follow up appointment.
