The Facial was great, I left with the redness gone and much clearler skin, Ayla was very informative and friendly I enjoyed her company. The only issue I had was the next guy showed up half why through my appointment and sat in the treatment room with us after saying he was making a point because he would usually show up late. I felt uncomftable as he sat right next to all my belongings and didn't leave the room (or was not asked to come back for his appointment). I wouldnt come back unless there would be a seperate waiting room to treatment room so I would not be watched by a stranger.

Had the loveliest, most relaxing facial with Sarah at My Julie. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and adjusted the facial to suit my skin’s needs. I also learnt so much about which products to use. Highly recommend!

Chantelle is amazing!!! Makes you feel so comfortable and actually look forward to coming to your laser appointments. She’s amazing at what she does and very precise. She never misses a spot and always asks if you’d like anywhere done again to get all spots.
