My experience today was amazing. I had a facial done and Taylah and Lydia were so knowledgeable and explained to me what the treatment would look like and also offered further advice about how I could improve my skin outside of the clinic. I can't wait to come back for another facial.

I’ve been to Medix a couple of times and have had both a chemical peel and plasma skin tag removal, and every visit has been an amazing, positive experience. Elly explains each step thoroughly and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I did the latest 8th-generation M22 treatment today, and it was performed by Katherine. Her technique was very skilled, and she has extensive professional knowledge about skincare. During the procedure, she patiently explained the principles and expected pain level before each step, and adjusted the settings according to my actual skin condition.
