Terri is absolutely fantastic, very professionalwith a great personality. The shop is always immaculate and inviting and I really enjoy my appointments. I've been having laser on my neck to get rid of quite severe hyperpigmentation and broke veins in my face. I'm now 3 sessions in and its already receding and the redness has reduced massively. It has the added bonus of skin tightening and rejuvenation. I hace also had a aprey tan with Terri. Highly recommend. Thanks Terry for all the help and advice. Xxx

Kate makes me feel comfortable at every laser session, she will make sure I feel welcome and more like a friend rather than a client. The laser machine she uses has given me the best result of all 3 machines I’ve tried at other places. Kate is always honest about your hair growth, and when you need to come back for your next session, as well as giving advice on other areas you might benefit from. Her salon is clean and a safe space for all things serious or silly. Thank you for being the best at what you do!!!!!

Today I was treated to an observational teaching session with Daisy and Louisa for a nail repair and all nails refreshed with pumpkin transfers on my ring fingers. As usual Daisy was her very competent self and accepting of the perfectionist aspect of her work. For me it was another lovely treatment by Daisy and an observation of specialist knowledge and experience of Louisa being implemented. Thank you Daisy and Louisa

Fantastic thank you Louisa and Daisy. We absolutely loved our spa morning. It was so relaxing. Every part of the morning was perfection. The steam room was spotlessly clean, as was the sauna. They were both set at perfect temperatures. The relaxation room was wonderful, to the smallest detail. There were so many choices of seating to relax in; we both loved the massage couches and I enjoyed sitting in the egg swing chair. The lighting, lights, diffusers and music were all tasteful and helped us to have a chilled out session. Louisa and Daisy were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble.

Exclusive use of the Spa area including the Infrared sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounge with heated and vibration seating. The egg chair was a favourite and the flavoured water a nice touch. Hot stone massages and pedicure added to the luxury feeling and enhanced stress reduction We will be back

I visited Jenhance for the first time for a laser hair consultation for a patch test ahead of my appointment. I was a little nervous as have sensitive skin and sometimes have issues with new treatments/materials on my skin. But Jenny made me feel comfortable and explained the process making me feel at ease. No issues with patch test and look forward to my laser hair session.
