What a wonderful experience!! I was so anxious & nervous as this is the first time I had had extensions, I had no idea what it would be like!.But Zoe spoke to me & answered all my questions before my appointment & reassured me.When I arrived for my app Zoe explained everything she was going to do & whilst she was putting the hair in, she was explaining all about the after care, the products to use to look after the extensions & get the best from them. I didn’t feel them being fitted & still can’t! It was such a pleasant experience and I truly can’t give enough Credit to her
