I’ve been visiting Lucy for the past 4 years (2 years apart each time) every time I’ve had my eyebrows done Lucy has always made me feel so comfortable and made the process super easy. I absolutely love my brows, and enjoy not having to draw them on every morning. Lucy is so professional at what she does, an incredibly person, as well as very talented. Lucy was so thorough with all her information and kept me informed every step of the way of laser removal of my semi permanent eyebrows. I was expecting a lot of pain but in fact it was nowhere near that and in fact extremely comfortable. Lucy’s beauty bar is spotless and soooo comfortable, every question was answered and Lucy herself is a darling. Booked and paid my second session, the results today were amazing!! X

Dolly did my microdermabrasion, she was lovely, a great job! Salon can be quite noisy when busy especially Saturdays and other staff walked in and out of treatment room during my session, this could be unusual though? Hope so. Other than that I had a good experience.
