I arrived to Yaz awkward and uncomfortable as I have never been to a salon to get waxed etc as I did it myself. Yaz made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my laser hair removal, to the point where it was actually relaxing. She talked me through it and took her time to ensure it was done properly.
