I have had my 6th session today with Kerry, she is the best listner and a therapist alongside being soo polite, helpful and Mindful of what her customers needs are and how she can address them!. The journey has been amazing, I have seen huge difference in hair growth and hair texture both- texture wise my hair has been very fluffy/peachy soft hair as compared to thick long hair before laser. Growth varies with skin colour, I felt the need to require couple more sessions until I'll be completely hair free. Which I am looking forward to!! Can't wait to see the final results!!!

I’ve booked my 6 sessions with Hera and she’s actually amazing, the girls that work there are so good aswell. Everyone’s lovely. Been for one laser session and my hair has barely grown back. Even had mine and my husbands hydro facial and wow my skin has never felt better

The best salon in Leeds, I go for nails by becki who is my angel, amazing sun beds, fantastic hair services and I wouldn’t trust anyone with my face apart from Sal. Literally the only place to go, second family!!!

Our lovely lady Molly she has been doing my laser hair removal and i must say she is very good and very careful, she makes me feel comfortable. The service is 1000/10 and i have seen good results with in 2 sessions looking forward to my next sessions.

Really quick service. Small finger tattoos done by someone else a while ago, which faded so lily went over them so look like new again.

Just had my second session of full body laser hair removal with Kerry. It was a very calm and safe environment, Kerry ensured I was comfortable throughout!! Always accommodating with my requests. Love coming to the clinic for a good chat and session! Thank you once again Kerry, you are amazing and so good at what you do! 🤍

The staff at Hera are incredibly friendly, and Foz is absolutely wonderful so sweet, caring, and knowledgeable. I’ve been getting my laser hair removal done here, and Foz always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She listens carefully and works very safely and professionally. I couldn’t recommend her and the team at Hera enough!!

This is my third visit here. Kerry and Foz are so lovely. They really do put you at ease and not embarrassed in any way. They're both so so friendly and you forget any embarrassment, you're so busy chatting with them. They've both seen me for laser treatment and I've had a really comfortable and easy experience

I completed my 6 full body laser sessions today and the results have been so worth the wait. You see results appearing from the first session and progressing each session. It feels amazing to not have to shave as often and saves so much time when going out as you don’t have to worry about any body hair being visible. Cannot recommend these lovely girls enough and wishing them all the best with their new location for the business. 🫶🏼
