Ania is one of the nicest people in the industry and probably one of the best clinics I have been too. The ladies are very friendly, knowledgeable and will make you feel so comfortable during any treatments. They are also very accommodating and helpful in many ways. I have received a facial treatment as well as going through laser hair removal and have had 2 sessions so far and am very satisfied on how the treatments are going. Looking forward to the other treatments being offered.

Catherine was great. I didn’t want to take much length off my hair, and she respected that. Usually, hairdressers cut more than we ask for, and she was perfect. I asked for a soft layered cut and loved the result. Going back for highlights for sure.

Just had my highlights, cut, and style done—and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. Enza listened closely to what I wanted and then worked her magic perfectly for my hair type and style. The cut is fresh and flattering, and the styling left me feeling like I stepped out of a magazine shoot. Not only is Enza incredibly talented, but also warm, professional, and clearly passionate about her work. She has a funny sign that says "I'm a beautician, not a magician" but I beg to differ! :-)

Love visiting Olenza Beauty Loft, I've been coming here for years and love the recent revamp they did with the salon a couple of years ago. Team is incredible, such a wholesome feeling when I visit. If you want an incredible hair service experience go to Jasmina, she's literally the best in the game, I've been blonde for years and I'm always so happy with the final product when Jasmina works on my hear. Also love coming for facials here, their whole team is top-tier. I come from Kitchener because I refuse to go anywhere else. They're also all lovely humans and very hospitable.

Karla is so so nice and knowledgeable. So far I’m having a great experience doing Brazilian laser hair removal. She use to do my waxing and recommended laser and I’m so happy with the results. Pricing is so fair too. 10/10 i definitely recommend.
