Courtney is just lovely, very knowledgeable and very kind. Had first session of skin rejuvenation today, two more sessions to follow, excited to see reduction in my pigmentation and broken veins.

Dr Olena is always fantastic! A true professional with attention to detail and highly skilled, taking time to explain the process and ensure I was at ease throughout the entire session.

I've been coming to Bay Aesthetics for about 2 years or so now for my skin treatments. Dr Aarthi has provided fantastic results for my acne scars and every session there has always been so comfortable and professional. Highly recommend Dr Aarthi and her team.

Quality and ethical interaction

Lucy’s facial was amazing - it always is and I highly recommend her! My skin feels fresh and hydrated. My only issue was that today (Saturday) other staff kept opening the door to the treatment room and interrupted the lovely zen. It would be great if they could not come in to the room during a treatment, it really put me off.
