Today I got my install done by London. Not only did my hair look the exact way I wanted but it was fixed to perfection. Not to mention everyone working there was so welcoming. We had a few laughs and it really made my time a relaxing and enjoyable one. House of London is officially my go to spot for my beauty fixes.

First time getting serviced by London and the experience was amazing from start to finish. I had the olaplex silk press treatment. London kept me informed on what she was doing as we moved through the process and asked if I’d like a trim (before cutting) which I appreciated. She is super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My hair is sleek and shining. Will definitely be back!

I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. The ladies have a positive energy and I was able to communicate via IG with any questions I had and the booking site was easy to follow. London and her team took care of me and made me feel good. My install lasted long and looked fresh even after I lifted it off, I was able to just put it on and go with some melting spray for another week. Literally the best salon experience I have had since moving to the GTA in 2017.

Today was my first time at the House of London Inc and I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, kindness that i was treated with. My needs were met as they listened to what I wanted, and i walked out afterwards very a happy customer with the job they did. London and her assistant were both excellent collaborators who produced exactly what i wanted in a hairstyle. Thank you both! I highly recommend the House of London Inc.

Overall, I had a fabulous time at House of London. I was greeted as I came into the facility. I was informed the entire process. I had asked for frontal wig by House of London in blue. I love my hair. Very light weight. Easy to maintain. Highly recommend House of London to anybody. Very organized. Starting from consultation with Ms London, write down to booking my appoinment.
