I had the HarmonyCA treatment today. Lauren was professional but very approachable and explained everything that would happen. This treatment sees the best results after 3 months but I can already see an improvement.

I tried the Eneka laser hair removal today, it was a straightforward and pleasant experience start to finish the session did not take long, the spa was well set up and my therapist was extremely professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I was advised of aftercare and preparation needs before the appointment and had a patch test beforehand to ensure there were no adverse reactions. The Eneka laser treatment was quick and painless, goggles were provided to protect my eyes and aloe gel afterwards for my comfort to reduce irritation of my skin

Had my first microneedling session with Elizabeth. She completely put me at ease and can’t wait for the next session already!

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

I arrived for my appointment and was attended to immediately. This was my third visit to have laser treatment to remove brown spots from my face. Emily took time to ask how I've found the treatment to date while explaining the plan for that day's session. Staff are always helpful and welcoming during my visits.
