Waiyee was my therapist and she was very welcoming and explained the process thoroughly. She gave me options and worked alongside my needs, so this made my experience very personalised. Waiyee is an absolute genius, giving me tips on how to improve my training to help with my running and I've really felt the benefits, no longer having issues with my knees running which is a first!
