만족, 만족 대만족 입니다! 벌써 1년째 웬디쌤에게 왁싱을 받고 있는데 할 때마다 너무 친절하시고 나이스하게 대해주셔서 몸둘바를 모를 정도... 서비스를 받을 때마다 아프고 민망할 수 있는 부분들이 너무나 많지만, 그런 긴장마저 풀어주시고 마음을 편하게 해주셔서 감사드립니다! 손도 엄청 빠르셔서 시간이 언제 이렇게 지나갔지? 라고 느낄 정도로 빠른 서비스! 빠르지만 항상 꼼꼼하게 봐주시고, 상태가 어떤지도 늘 체크해주시는 세심함에 놀랐습니다. 매달 거의 full body로 힘들게 해드리는데도 불구하고 상냥하게 최고의 서비스를 해주셔서 늘 감사함을 느끼고 있습니당~!

This is one of the finest spas in Toronto, and I highly recommend it. Although I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment, I was still welcomed and treated like royalty. Liliya was fantastic. She took time to understand my pain points and work led on the spots that needed attention during my aromatherapy massage. The overall service including the girl in the front desk was outstanding. The sauna, steam and all general area was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and be coming back!!! Absolutely 10/10. All the staff were absolutely amazing and made it a relaxing stay from start to finish. Lydia was awesome and managed to remove some knots from my back that have been there for awhile. Alice also provided amazing service and gave me refreshments after the massage. Can't wait to go back.

I had an amazing experience with the Aladdin face treatment. My skin looked noticeably brighter, more even, and incredibly soft right after the session. The treatment was gentle yet effective, and the results exceeded my expectations.

An absolutely amazing experience! I experienced the a Gua sha massage done by Wendy and I can't stop raving about it! Her offering was a service that was equally technically incredible and passionate. Truly a beautiful space with an amazing and welcoming staff! They greeted me with a cup of warm tea and sent me out with a bowl of fresh fruit and a sweet treat! So much gratitude and appreciation for the time I spent at pemberley!
