Great experience! Corrine made me feel very welcome. I used the infrared sauna and ice bath, great for recovery. The facilities were clean and modern. Will definitely be back.

I recently visited the Benessere Terme and tried out their sauna and ice bath. I must say, it was an incredible experience! The sauna was just the right temperature and had a great aroma. The ice bath was also refreshing and invigorating. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend the sauna and ice bath at Benessere Terme for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Awesome experience. I did my first infrared 45 minute session. And I definitely feel good. Great place with an amazing owner/host so knowledgeable. Definitely up for more infrared and will try the the other treatments 👍👍

Such a relaxing 45 minutes in the sauna. I feel I hit the reset button and feel so much better for it. Great service with lots of detailed info about the broader services available. What an amazing business. A hidden Panania gem.
