This is my second time at Promise Hair Spa and its just as amazing as I remembered from my first time there. The 2 hour hair spa is a fantastic experience and this is the only hair spa I've been to with an immediate visible difference in my hair after treatment, and it lasts a while too! Leeloo is pure magic and such a kind and knowledgeable professional, I can't thank her enough for everything she has done

I had the Japanese hair spa at Promise Hair Spa and it was absolutely amazing! 🌸 I recommend it 100% without hesitation. The salon is spotless, the staff are incredibly professional and genuinely friendly, you immediately feel at home. What really stands out is the focus on wellbeing, not just selling a service. I was pampered by Leeloo, who was absolutely wonderful, attentive, gentle, and made the whole experience even more special. The entire treatment was relaxing, indulgent, and truly worth it. They use organic and natural products, go for it, you won’t regret it at the contrary!

I had the best experience! I did the 2 hour hair spa treatment and Leeloo is abolsolutely fantastic! She is so very talented and really transformed my hair in those 2 hours. Amazing salon, I loved the hair dresser, very professional! it shows that she really understands different hair structures and styles. She took time to really explain the products she uses and gave me a list of recommendation. After 13 years in Dubai I finally found the hair dresser I really want to stick with!

The venue, service and whole experience is a 10/10. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to find solution for hair thinning or is struggling with hydration. All the products are made with natural ingredients. Leeloo the owner and hairdresser is so sweet and makes you feel at home in her salon. I’d go back again and again!
