Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Kaci is amazing goes above and beyond for her clients always make me feel welcome and is the first hairdresser that has made me feel this way she is a Gem ! Amazing as always !! Went for a new colour and Kaci was amazing the entire way fully explained to me what my colour was going to look like the maintanace it will need and explained the process of going back to my original colour if this one doesn’t work out❤️Completely transparent about the whole process and absolutely smashed it❤️❤️!! Love my new hair 😊

I walked in being nervous because I’m a naturally darker girlie with dark hair but Kaci did an amazing job at transforming my hair and reassured me and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her, and will be returning to her for any touch ups 🥰

Very kind and made sure I was comfortable, i came in for an eyebrow piercing it was basically painless and she was very professional about it, placement was perfect and studio was really clean.

I couldn’t not leave a review after the insane transformation Kaci gave me. I am absolutely over the moon with the results and I have never received so many compliments regarding my hair before. She somehow managed to transform me from almost ‘jet black’ hair too my ‘copper’ dreams! Everything I wanted. My hair still felt so healthy afterwards, even after deciding I wanted a blonde money piece after I saw how well she lifted my hair and kept the healthy condition. We achieved this colour in one sitting! And her experience in extensions, it’s literal wizardry. I couldn’t be happier.
