We travelled from Cambridge after reading reviews. Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. My friend had a dermal by Ben and I had. A conch piercing with Eliza, the most friendly, hygienic and knowledgable piercing studio I have been to - week worth the 2.5 hr drive!

I had a wonderful experience with Urban Piercings. I really have only nice things to talk about my experience. I took my daughter to have her 1st ear piercings today and everybody at the shop was brilliant. They all made her feel really comfortable and kept her nerves at bay. She's over the moon with her new look and cannot wait to go back for more. The lady Nicole, who actually did the piercings was brilliant. Would highly recommend Urban Piercings to anybody requiring these services.

I saw Ben today, who is ALWAYS such a darling ❤️ , and someone who has become a friend i have a good ol' gossip with while he preps my piercing. He is SO professional, caring and knowledgeable, and really puts me at ease while he is prepping my area to be pierced (today was a third bridge piercing the whole team adored ❤️) 😊. He's a pleasure to work with, and to see my ideas come to life with experience. He has done two of my bridge piercings now, and we have a lot of work planned for the future, which will be a joy to have done! 11/10 to the whole UP team 😘 xxx

Keiomhe pierced my conch and changed my daith jewellery. Ben advised and supported her too. I couldn't decide between 3rd lobe or cartilage and she helped me decide by showing me some pictures and talking me through placement. She did a few dots so I could decide placement. She remained calm and explained everything throughout. Thank you so mucb, I love my new piercing 😍

I’m not sure which lady was called Keiomhe and which lady was called Evie but, they were both lovely today! I usually see Ben who is fantastic but he was fully booked today. You’re always in such safe hands in this place. Super kind people, excellent service, professional and lovely faces! Always a pleasure and even after moving out of town I will always come back here. Shout out to Eli who did my first ever piercing there too who is also brilliant! I haven’t forgotten her! Thanks again! :)
