I had the best experience with Kadie at Elevated Body Adornment. I went in thinking I’d need new ear piercings, but it turns out she was actually able to reopen my old ones. Kadie was incredibly gentle (no pain!) and she completely calmed my nerves from the moment I arrived. Her knowledge, experience, and eye for styling are next level. The jewellery is absolutely stunning, and the entire experience felt safe, thoughtful and expertly done. Very positive and friendly experience for my birthday as a queer, neurodivergent, disabled trans person. They were super understanding of the transit nightmare to get to their studio, and allowed me to still be pierced even if I was a bit late. I called 30 mins earlier to let them know. The piercing process was very professional and surprisingly not that painful. They explained the aftercare to me well and I feel confident that my ears won't be infected this time. Kadie was awesome to work with, definitely recommend working with them or this studio.

This place is always a great experience. The other day was my first time visiting as the person being pierced and I felt totally comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I got there a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time and they were still able to accommodate me, however if you’re there on a busy day, be prepared to wait for a while! Still service was great, and I have a piercing I’m super happy and excited about. Love the queer friendly spaces, and I was able to bring a buddy for emotional support - keep the good vibes going!

I was so so nervous about getting my nipples pierced but Katie (as always) made this experience super doable and as little pain as possible. I appreciate her perfectionism and transperency about the healing and piercing process. For someone like me who is particular about wound healing, Katie’s knowledge is so so so in depth and she has always helped me navigate the entire process even months (or even a year) after piercing was completed. I will ALWAYS recommend Kadie and she is my go to piercer for a reason.

They really go out of their way to make it a comfortable, supportive experience. Plus, the work they do is amazing. I saw Kadie for my piercing and Julia for my tattoo. Both were fantastic. My experience at Top Tatoo was perfect. The staff is very attentive and very friendly. A little note for Alina who gave me two perfect tattoos She is very meticulous and so kind I am in love, I will keep this memory of Toronto for life!

We had an amazing experience at North York Ink! Our niece spent a week with us before going to university and we took in as much of Toronto as possible, capping our visit off with spontaneous tattoos at NYI. We were so impressed with the space/vibe and especially the staff. Our niece ranked it as her best experience of the week! Sally did my tattoo and my niece’s - she is so professional and such a talent, an absolute artist. Thank you for a memorable day and beautiful lifelong keepsakes!

I never leave reviews, but I had to go out of my way for this one because my experience with Noa was honestly amazing! She did both my conch and flat piercings, and I was super nervous going in. I’m a total baby when it comes to pain. But Noa was incredibly gentle and so quick with the process that the pain was barely a 3 out of 10 for me (seriously!). She made me feel comfortable the entire time, and had such a calming presence. Not only was the actual piercing experience great, but she also had a wide variety of jewelry to choose from and they were so pretty! Highly recommend!

Taylor was friendly and welcoming from the start. I already knew what I wanted and she showed me the available jewelry, helped adjust placement of the piercing (nostril), talked me through the procedure and then quickly and efficiently placed the stud in my nose. Definitely recommend!

GET PIERCED BY NOA!!!!!! I was told by another place that they weren’t comfortable piercing my tongue due to all the veins (totally understandable), but Noa somehow wiggled them out of the way and now I have the best piercing I’ll ever get in my life!!!!!😭😭🙏🙏

Taylor was amazing. Three of us came, one who had never had a piercing. She was patient and thorough, went over options and cleaning, made my son very relaxed before she pierced his ear.
