I recently booked a deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what my body needed. From the moment I walked in, the environment was calm, clean, and welcoming. The pressure was firm, consistent, and incredibly effective—definitely not a light, relaxing massage, but one that really works into tight muscles and knots. By the end, I felt like a new person—looser, lighter, and far less tense.I’d recommend this to anyone who carries a lot of tension, It’s not just self-care—it’s body maintenance.

Truly exceptional spa experience! The combination of full body massage, dry body brush and body wrap left me feeling completely renewed. The facial was so refreshing and the reflexology capped off and truly relaxing and luxurious afternoon. Highly recommend!

Had my first ever full body reiki session today with Tilly . It was incredible. I felt like I was sinking into the bed, and felt lots of different sensations throughout my body.
