I had my first appointment with Stef this week for an Anti stress back treatment, she was really friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away. The room was nice and warm and smelt amazing. The treatment helped me relax and eased some of my lower back aches and pains, through the treatment Stef checked in to make sure the pressure was ok, the wrap wasn’t too hot, the heat was perfect enough that it helped with the pain but not too hot that it was uncomfortable, perfect first time, she really know how to help and the whole experience was brilliant. I will definitely book again.

Went for a Full Body Exfoliating treatment today, told the therapist I didn't want my actual torso done and asked if she could instead spend a little extra time doing my arms & legs, oh my goodness, Amy was an absolute delight and done exactly that plus gave my tired ol' legs the most amazing deep massage, trust me for someone "on the very heavy side" and ladened with varicose veins my legs definitely appreciated & benifited from it. Salon was spotlessly clean and super welcoming from the minute I stepped in. Thank you so much Amy, will be booking again next month for sure.

I recently booked a deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what my body needed. From the moment I walked in, the environment was calm, clean, and welcoming. The pressure was firm, consistent, and incredibly effective—definitely not a light, relaxing massage, but one that really works into tight muscles and knots.
