She has a wealth of knowledge and helps you understand how the products work when used which makes such a massive difference to anyone who is in a dilemma regarding what would suit their skin and what results can you expect. I initially went to see Smita to deal with my hormonal whiskers which I was tweezering every day. Smita explained the whole process in depth, she is very knowledgeable and professional. Smita is honestly the best laser tech and overall beauty therapist I’ve seen in a long time. So kind and knowledgeable. She’s helped me so much. Also one of the only people in Auckland with latest hair removal machine and specific skincare products.
