Always great experience with Trixie - she helped me go ‘as blonde as possible’ today after a long time without any highlights and my hair looks amazing. Also cut my hair to a perfect length just before I’m due to have a baby. The studio is easy to get to and super cozy.

Elizabeth is one of the few people I've found who has the skills and confidence to cut curly hair. I've recently started embracing my curly hair and Elizabeth has helped me wear my curls with confidence, with a beautiful cut. She's also given me tips on how to style my hair with product recommendations and tips to keep it looking it's best. I'll definitely be back!

This is the best hair experience I've had in UK. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Bo understands face shapes and hair types. He created the look that complement my Asian features. He's also honest about what looks good and offer recommendations to create the style that matches my desired look. And the result is beyond my expectation.. My experience was amazing! Selasie listens to your concerns regarding your hair and takes this into account when treating, washing and conditioning your hair. I had a standard blow dry service but have had a silk press with her twice before and both such great experiences and my hair reverted. She also provides advice on next steps and how you should be looking after your hair weekly. Whilst there you also get a choice of tea and biscuits on arrival and she is a great conversationalist too. Really happy!

My first time getting a wig and I am absolutely in love with it. Great service, and super great quality hair. This is my second time booking with hairmate and I am definitely going to book again!

Trixie is so talented at what she does. Made me feel comfortable straight away and involved me/explained all the process of my hair colour and cut.
