I went in for a consultation with Jess. Jess was friendly and understanding of what I wanted for my hair. I am looking forward to getting my hair done later this month.

Hannah is fantastic. Not only at what she does but as a person ❤️ From the moment we met, she talked straight with me about the condition of my hair and the realistic expectations on its repair. After a lengthy consultation, we agreed on a style to give my hair its best chance of survival and Hannah advised me on some tape in extensions, so I coloured my hair and matched up some extensions and put them in myself, then went back to Hannah to have them trimmed to correct length. I’m on a hair repair journey but I’m so glad I found Hannah who has put me on the right path x

Genuinely the most incredible experience I’ve had. I came in with a colour correction as another salon had made a mess of my hair. I was nervous to allow someone to touch my hair. From the first consultation to the initial appointment I was assured and comforted. During the appointment Shelly was incredible, taking me through each step but also everyone in the salon was really friendly and chatty. Such a great team. The results are incredible I can’t speak highly enough. I was give a realistic solution and guidance on my hair journey. Very happy to have found a great stylist in Shelly!

Popped in for a colour consultation with Jess as wanted to discuss my options regarding changing from highlights back to my normal hair colour. I was unsure as to what to book and ask for. Jess was so welcoming, patient and understanding. She really took the time to listen to me and my concerns and talked me through what she thought was best to do. Have booked in for another appointment to have my hair done so can't wait to see the end result!

An amazing experience at Hair Addiction! I hadn't been to the salon for a colour for several years and was after a bit of a change, but I was put at ease from the start. I went for a consultation where everything was explained in-depth by Lydia, she was thorough and went out of her way to explain the processes etc. My actual appointment was with Hannah, she was just as thorough in her explanations and advice and I felt confident with what she planned. I am over the moon with the results and would definitely recommend! Cant wait for my next visit! Thank you.
