Amazing experience, Chantelle made me feel at ease straight away and explained the procedure and aftercare. The Botox injections was nearly painless, I’ve had Botox before but the chair was my best experience. Everything about the experience was fantastic from start to finish, can’t wait to see the results ❤️

Kim is the loveliest! I felt very welcomed and cared for. I feel so happy with the style she gave me, we hadn’t met before for a consultation and I only had a few photos as a reference but the end result is pretty ideal! This is my favourite hair cut yet, when I want something more adventurous I would trust her skills to create it!

Absolutely stunning switch up from The Chair to The Clinic in Kingsmead Square in central Bath. What a beautifully stylish space! Visiting here is self care, relaxation, and therapy all rolled into one! 🤩💕🥰

As always Karen did a wonderful job of colouring and cutting my hair. The whole procedure is done with such care and consideration that you leave feeling full of joy.

Lel is superb, I won’t go to anyone else! The new treatment chair is so comfortable and relaxing, treatment is a breeze. Thank you lovely, as always! x

Felicity went out of her way to accommodate my updo for my daughter's wedding at Bath Registry Office & I was really pleased with the result. She made me feel relaxed & made sure that my hair was done efficiently to enable me to get to the Registry Office Registry Office in time for the wedding.

I was so beyond nervous for my appointments, I’ve had two now and felt excited but apprehensive having never had any aesthetic treatments. But the minute I arrived Lel made me feel so comfortable, she explained everything! Was beyond gentle and completely transparent about what would hurt what wouldn’t etc. I have had so many compliments because it’s just enhanced my natural features rather than look overdone. She really listened to everything I wanted. Can’t wait to be back in the chair again 💕

I am a new Customer for Karen and asked for a remodel of my short hair. She took great interest in the pictures I had brought her for an idea of what style I would like her to achieve and set about an initial trim which I am delighted with. I look forward to seeing her again and have every confidence in her ability and she is a friendly, welcoming lady. I was a little concerned when I saw the flight of steps up to the Salon but did manage them and hope to keep going even though I am approaching 80 !
