I had a massage today. The massage was decent and I have some feedback on process. Firstly, I suggest clients be consulted about how their body is feeling and if any specific body parts need special attention; my massage started without any consultation. I also suggest training massage therapists to ask clients about pressure at the beginning of the massage, and to check in again about it midway through the massage. I think my massage may have ended slightly early as well, I recommend ensuring clients receive the full 60 minutes they booked. That would take my rating from good to great!

I went in for a protein treatment and had an amazing experience from start to finish. There was absolutely No Wait Time, which was a huge plus! Ashlee made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and Kyna was very informative—she really emphasized the importance of maintaining great home care. My first time getting my locs interlocked by a professional ad it was a great experience! Definitely worth the money, Althia cares about your hair and natural products. Will return when I return to Barbados :)

I has a great experience with Lisa this is the second time I've come to her and just love hiw my hair turn out. Anytime I come from the UK to bim only she can do my hair as she is the best.
