Finally took some time to step into this beautifully curated space and it beyond exceeded my expectations. Rosie’s duty of care during my in depth consultation to incredible work of art on my hair was like no other. Everything about my service screamed luxury with my complimentary cocktail and cheese board to inhaling a selected oil during my mask infusion. Kate always understands what I'm trying to achieve with my colour (blonde) and always nails it. I have very curly hair too so cutting it is a task that can go either way if in the wrong hands. I'm so happy with my cut I feel brand new again!

I had a wonderful experience. Michelle did such a wonderful job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I have very long hair and she ensured I kept my length (as I asked) while getting rid of all dead/split ends and cut my curtain bangs perfectly to shape my face well. She even agreed to do an impromptu eyeborw was and tint. Which looks amazing. The Soul Sanctuary experience was so relaxing and I walked out feeling so good. All the staff are so friendly. I even got puppy cuddles which made my day. Thank you for the experience ladies. I will be coming back every time ✨️✨️✨️✨️

Absolutely amazing experience. My hair was a mess, home box dye job leaving me with multiple shades of red. Kate was super honest about all the different outcomes with what I was wanting with my hair and how it may react with certain products during the dying process. The complete look was better than I imagined, the colour was absolutely stunning and the texture of my hair felt so soft. She was upfront about the process of the next stage of my hair journey and I felt so comfortable and at ease. I can’t wait for my next appointment in a few weeks. Thanks again!

Great job with my colour & extensions & also informative about how to grow my natural hair. Best job I’ve had tbh. Tried nails here too & then their tans and now making the switch. Very happy with all services. The girls all friendly & helpful. Tommy the salon dog is a definite fav too!

Absolutely amazing service, Chantelle and Maddy are experts in hair care, the products they use leave your hair amazing and silky smooth, they are so lovely and friendly too and really go above and beyond in the services they provide. The salon is also really nice and pretty, the hair basins are so comfy.

The salon was lovely, as was my hair stylist, and I appreciated the extra touches like a little tray with biscuits/bubbly and my name on it, and the drool-worthy head massage during my treatment. Only thing I was confused about was the extra thirty dollars I had to pay for being a first-time client. The website says this is because you need to get to know my hair type; though I don't feel the consultation I got was any more in-depth than I'd get at a regular hairdresser. I also asked questions re. aftercare and didn't get terribly elaborate responses. Overall, not sure I'd pay $200 again.
