10/10 experience. From the moment I walked in, staff listened to what I wanted, but was also realistic with me in what I was able to achieve based on my hair. They listened to my concerns every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my hair. They educated me and recommended products to make sure I'm able to upkeep and maintain my hair. David even went beyond the services I originally came in for, giving me a partial keratin treatment and dust-cut to make ensure I left there confidently. Loved the staff, would absolutely recommend & return back as a customer.

I recently visited Jamal for a silk press, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish he was professional, attentive and really took the time to ensure my hair was perfectly straightened without any damage. The entire process was smooth and I loved how soft and shiny my hair looked afterward. Jamal truly knows what he’s doing and I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments!

This was my first time visiting Casagrande, and I was desperate to give my curly hair a refresh and learn more about how to take care of my curls. Laiz was very thorough with her explanations about the trichoscopy exam, and recommended a new treatment I never tried before to soothe my scalp. My hair and skin is quite sensitive, but Laiz gave some lovely product recommendations and how to improve my hair care routine. She is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! Got the hair scalp treatment and a blow out. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Jessica, massaged my head, and scalp. what a treat...my go to....Curly did my blow out. Always good, never had to worry it looks bad.

Love getting my hair washed there, water pressure is great. Hair assistant always does a great job. Had my hair colored, and keratin for the third times there. Curly and his assistant Rose were very good. Never had to worry if they will do a good job. Price is good especially for what you get.

Robert was a ray of sunshine and I loved how my curl softening treatment turned out!

My daughter and I have been coming here for years. Very friendly and professional service. Shirley does a wonderful job with coloring our hair and providing keratin treatments. Checkers is a master and perfectionist in cutting hair.

It’s my second time seeing Mila for Hilights and she always does such an amazing job! Went in after work 5:30 and she was able to fit me in for a full balayage and a hair treatment. Everytime I go there whether for partials or full- she gets the color vision spot on. I highly recommend adding the Milbon moisturizing treatment- it’s one of the best treatment ever for hilighted hair even after so many washes your hair is left feeling so soft and at BonBon they offer it with a heated towel that feels divine! Love my hair thank you!

The Professionalism of Qiu, Debbie provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me. The Milbon treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and revitalized, while the Keratin treatment. I highly recommend!

Had the best experience with my teen for a much needed treatment and haircut. Laiz is so knowledgeable and taught my teenager (and myself) styling techniques and better ways to care for our curly hair. The scalp treatment was amazing!
