Even though I am not Brazilian, I felt very welcomed from the moment I stepped in. There was coffee and refreshments when I walked in and a man walked around with snacks for the clients. What stood out to me is that clearly the women loved working there. They were smiling and didn’t run right out the door when they were finished. This translated to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. As for my hair care itself, it was just what I was looking for. I got a Brazilian Blow Out treatment and it looks perfect.

Always does exactly as requested. And a huge PLUS in my book is that HOA remembers from visit to visit what I am doing with my hair. HOA is amazing and wonderful. Love her dearly. She is top-notch and an expert!
