Disappointed that there are always hidden costs that you don’t find out about until you pay. I’m unsure why it would cost extra for colour when my appointment was a colour appointment. If there are any extra costs as the appointment progresses the customer should be consulted as to whether they want to spend the extra money at the time rather than being surprised when paying at the end.

From the moment I walked into this salon, I was hit with good feel vibes and confidence from all the lovely ladies that were in there. I’m so happy with my hair. Rachel listened to what I had envisioned and came through with what I wanted. My expectations were exceeded - Thank you!! Oh.. and the head massage was lush!

Very helpful for my daughter you wanted a good fresh hair cut. She came out feeling so good about herself and loves her hair. Raquel was super helpful and checked with my daughter in every step if she was happy.

Was such a lovely experience from the moment I walked in through the door, Rachel was very welcoming and friendly which put me at ease straight away, we had a chat about what I’d like then a lovely relaxing hair wash with my feet up in the reclining chair (I have short legs and normally have to be on tip toes sitting at the basin in other salons, so this made a lovely change) Rachel is lovely and she did an amazing haircut for me ~ I love my new blunt bob ~ thank you Rachel, I will definitely see you again soon :o)

Hadn't had my haircut for a while, went in with very long, dry, frizzy hair and asking for a miracle! Well, the wonderful Morgan delivered on that miracle as he promised! My hair looks amazing, with lots of very positive comments. Such a lovely young man, highly recommended Morgan, can't thank him enough.

Rachel understood perfectly what I needed and the result was absolutely lovely. Great highlights finish and haircut done to perfection. Thank you.

Always great experience and a fab haircut

As always, Rachel knows just what to do with my hair and makes sure my visit is a pleasure, from hair-wash and head massage to cut and blow-dry. Her conversation is a delight as is her skill with the scissors.
