I have thick hair and after washing my hair for the first time today 6 days later, My hair feels very light weight smooth and shiny and thin, will definitely be having it done again. This was my first appointment at this salon. Very friendly and welcoming. They have acknowledged me straight away. I believe it was Lucy who washed my hair. She was thorough, wasn't affraid to put a little pressure on, which was so welcoming. Julie cut my hair and advised at the same time. By the time she finished, my hair looked and felt amazing!. I know I was the last customer, my appointment was at 16:35 on Saturday, but at no point did I feel rushed. The girls left for the day and Julie stayed with me after hours, gave me some product samples and valuable advise. Until next time 😊.

Getting my perm was actually a really good experience. Everything went super smooth, and the staff were so nice and helpful. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. They were really kind and answered all my questions, which made me feel a lot less nervous. They also gave me tips on how to take care of my hair after, which was really helpful. Overall, it was a great experience. The people there were awesome, and I left feeling happy and confident with my new hair.
