She always takes time to understand what you want your hair to do for you, the time you have etc. giving ideas of what she thinks will work for you personally and explaining treatments + colour possibilities. First time with Beth but she was amazing! She listened to everything i wanted and explained everything really well. She got my hair exactly as i wanted it even with my hair having colour banding. And it turned out better than i hoped for! Would recommend (and have been) to everyone :)
