I love the One Lounge, wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’m in every 3 weeks for Joanne to do her magic with my nails and I’ve also loved every other treatment I’ve had. Just realised I’ve been going there pretty much since Julia and the team opened, ten years ago! Always an AMAZING cut by Gill & my hair is still lovely & smooth from my keratin blow dry I had before my holiday. Can not recommend the keratin blow dry enough as saved my super thick frizzy hair from the humidity while I was away in Thailand. Managed to wear my hair down every night on holiday for the first time ever & it was still super smooth & frizz free 🤍

Fantastic treatment with Paula this afternoon...I'm in the middle of a package helping my skin with a series of facials. Great treatments with Paul's knowledge on skin I receive great advice for my aftercare. Very impressed with the changes in my skin and looks forward to every visit .. Menopause massage is a wonderful treatment. Just perfect in every way. This time it was Gillian who remembered I like to be toasty so electric blanket on then heated beanie round my neck and hot eye mask. Perfect pressure - relaxing but also therapeutic. Genuinely this treatment could not be improved ❤️

It was my first visit to Blond & I loved my first experience there. I had Megan and she was so lovely!! I had a treatment, cut & blow dry and I felt so pampered and cared for and she did such a great job. She gave me so much time and it was such an enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to come back! Hair is looking smashing after a K18 treatment and blow dry.

Service- I went for a keratin blowdry. The service provided by Abbie was great. Considering that the entire process takes approximately 2 hour, she had been very patient, thorough and showed professionalism throughout the procedure. Rate- Since, the treatment was in January offer, I got it done at 55 pounds, which I personally consider was cheap compared to the normal rate of keratin treatments (it was a good offer). However, the reduced rate did not compromise the quality of the service. Staff- One thing that I like about the place is that the staff is friendly. The place is welcoming.
