I returned to Ellie for a keratin strengthening treatment as she suggested it might be really good with my very frizzy hair and to help with my hair damage due to constantly dying it and using a hair straightener every day. She was right!! My hair feels amazing now, it's so smooth and so glossy and straight. I got so many compliments yesterday from my friends! I highly recommend this hair treatment and I can't wait to return to Ellie in a couple of months for my next balayage!

I recently had combination brows along with fat freezing & skin tightening treatments with Nahid, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and fully informed about every step. My brows look absolutely stunning natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I wanted. Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. I had an amazing experience at cut and colours! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff (Jake) were professional, friendly, and really attentive to what I wanted. My stylist Jake took the time to understand my preferences and gave me a hair colour treatment that turned out even better than I imagined. The products they used felt high quality, and I loved how they explained tips for maintaining my hair at home. Highly recommend cut and colours to anyone looking for great service and outstanding results!

I've visited Shafaq at Haven a couple of times and shall.continue to use her. She is a lovely lady who is meticulous to detail and performs whichever treatment chosen to the best possible standard. Prices are extremely reasonable too. I thoroughly recommend her to anyone.

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Arti was my beauty therapist for the afternoon appointment and she was fabulous. She gave me a very nice facial treatment that I can already see the results, along with that she did my lash lift and it is perfect omg. 10/10
