The staff were so lovely and caring, offering drinks and making me feel comfortable from the start. They discussed all options with me, ensuring I was happy before proceeding. I have super sensitive skin and usually tense during manicures from being cut before, but the technician was so gentle and careful—not a single cut! My brows and nails are perfect, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I left feeling pampered and can’t wait to return!

Such a great experience! Niamh was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. We had such an easy, natural conversation, which made the whole appointment really enjoyable. I had my first HydraFacial, and it was such a great experience. I was walked through each step, which made the whole thing super comfortable.
