From start to finish everything was very nice. The room temperature was perfect and the music was relaxing. They were prompt to get me in and make sure i was comfortable. It was my first time getting a facial and Grace did an amazing job. This was the first time Ive had my lips done and it was completely painless.

Kayla was such a joy to work with. I have never done anything like this before, but she made me feel comfortable and explained each step of the process.
