She is warm, caring and genuinely lovely, and always takes the time to ask about life too. Ellie is the best! She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel completely at ease. She is so knowledgable and asks all the right questions and will give her advice. The salon is looking amazing and even in the height of the heatwave, I felt relaxed and comfortable.

Hannah really listened to all of my skin concerns, we had a good chat about what I wanted to achieve and she gave me some great advice moving forward..The clinic is immaculate, comfortable and relaxing..The calming music, the aftercare and my cup of cold lemon water were the icing on the cake, such attention to detail, and Hannah is just the sweetest..
