I had a cut and blowdry appointment with Charlene today and it's the best haircut experience I've ever had! I was nervous a bit nervous to cut my length off but she was absolutely lovely and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair looks so gorgeous and healthy. Everybody works so hard and they are all lovely and chatty. It was 29 degrees heat the day I got my hair cut and they all just cracked on with it with no complaints.

Today was a consultation with Tracy for the eyeliner tattoo. Instantly Tracy was very welcoming and put me at ease when advising me of all the possible things that could go wrong, the procedure and what to do / not do following the treatment. I have booked!
