Absolutely incredible as always! Its not every day a peel is relaxing but that's exactly how it was. Barley any discomfort during the peel which was then followed by a beautiful face mask and LED, just perfect! Thankyou! Can't wait for my next apt!

Had my first peel and I have such sensitive skin but Janine kept her eye on it the whole time constantly checking on how it felt and it was absolutely fine! So don’t be put off if your skin reacts easily as I’ve never had a problem with Janine’s products. My skin is so glowy today 🩷

I was a new customer at Skin at 31, and since I’d only ever had one facial before (which I didn’t really enjoy), I was a bit nervous. From the moment I walked into the lovely room, Janine made me feel completely at ease. She took time to chat about my skin and what I wanted from the visit, which really helped me relax. Because of some medication I’m on, I’d filled out a questionnaire beforehand, and Janine had clearly done her homework — she tailored everything just for me. The facial was so relaxing, and I honestly felt amazing afterwards! Next appointment is already booked I'm converted 😁

Laura is fantastic and the only beauty therapist I trust. Her new room at Kneads is beautiful, warm and inviting. Over the moon with my Russian lashes and lamination brows. Vicky always does a thorough job. Excellent quality products. Lovely service. Vicky is so friendly instantly makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Ive already had several comments about how beautiful my lashes and brows look, which last really well between appointments.

I went to Omni Therapy Rooms with a bad case of sciatica. And was very happy with the outcome. Lisa was brilliant explaining to me the reason for my sciatica. And using acupuncture over the course of one hour as really alleviated all the pain I had on the side and leg. I was very happy with the outcome. And would gladly recommend Lisa to anyone.
