Pola is amazing I’ve been doing my waxing with her for more than 2 years and I wouldn’t change her. She’ s been treating me so nicely specially throughout my pregnancy. The only thing I would complain about is the wax cleaner that another lady used to clean , such a strong chemical that made me feel dizzy after my treatment and even after I went home. I would suggest to use a more pregnancy friendly chemical maybe less strong. Other than that everything is great :)

Sherry is truly one of a kind — the absolute best! She’s always so patient and understanding, especially when I need a break during waxing. With my sensitive skin, the pain can be intense, but Sherry never rushes me or makes me feel uncomfortable. Chand did my waxing and as always she was super. Barely hurt and she took her time to ensure any fine hairs / stragglers are properly cleaned up. Reasonable price as well. She also gave me advice on how to care for my skin properly for the next couple of days.

I was a client of hers for several years in Harley Street and have decided to travel to Crystal Medica instead because her personal dedication to her clients and private facility really make it worth the trip. The centre provides several cosmetic and beauty options including hydro facial, CO2 laser, radiofrequency, micro needling, botox, PRP, wrinkle treatments, threading, peels, IV drips, and so much more. I really recommend booking in a consultation.

Brilliant

When I walk in this ace it feels like I'm with friends. I'm advised what treatments to have but I don't feel like most places that want you to have the most expensive of everything. Natalie is not like this she advices and always has amazing packages I always leave felling good. They are a amazing team a d I cannot fault the treatments I had. Hifu lip fillers chemical peels all great and so professional. There's no where like it in South East London.

I had a wonderful pampering day with lovely Daria, who took really good care of me and my skin! I did a deep pore cleanse with chemical peel, personalised to my skin's concerns and cleared out skin congestion. Not only that, I appreciate Daria's friendliness, which made me feel at ease and had a relaxing time.
