Manuka is a warm and welcoming spa, with an accessible washroom! Pam takes the time to go over your intake form and skin concerns with you before beginning your treatment. Throughout my Customized Facial Pam let me know which step she was at and which products she was using. She invited me to ask questions about the treatment throughout the process. I was even able to add on a peel to my service for a specific skin concern I was dealing with. Pam is great at making you feel at ease and was able to offer several product recommendations, with alternates for pricier items. Can't wait to go back!

It was the first hike to clean the face. It was exciting for me. Anna is a wonderful person who was able to calm me down and explain to me what will happen and the condition of my skin.
