Today was my first time visiting Hairworks. I usually go downtown Toronto near my office but I'm currently working from home. I was fortunate to have Rouba as my stylist today. My hair looks and feels incredible. She knew exactly what to do based on my short request (covid-style so we can't talk a lot). I love what she did and can honsetly say that this was the best looking blow dry I have ever had. The covid protocols were also well executed and followed. All of this for much less than what I pay at my usual stylist. Thanks for the great cut Rouba!!

I had a lovely first experience at Hairworks! Started with a great shampoo/conditioner and head massage and ended with Shahana providing me with a lovely hair cut. She was friendly and very gentle. It felt great!

I got a haircut and balayage done by Noor, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She listened to everything I wanted, gave great suggestions, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. My hair looks gorgeous, healthy, and perfectly blended. Noor is incredibly talented, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional stylist!

Rouba was awesome! This was a last minute booking and my first time at Hairworks. The environment was friendly and Rouba did a great job listening to what I wanted. She was able to do highlights for me, even though I only booked a full colour and was on a very tight timeline. She made it work for my schedule which I really appreciated. The highlights are beautiful and the cut frames my face perfectly! She clearly has experi nice with thin hair and was able to add volume in the colour, cut and style! I'm very happy and will now be a returning client!

The results have been incredible — every time we finish one area, I end up coming back to target another because I trust her completely. Not only does she use top-of-the-line technology, but she’s also incredibly kind and makes me feel completely at ease throughout the process. As a woman, it can feel vulnerable to address excess hair in certain areas, and I genuinely appreciate the safe, comfortable environment she creates. She’s truly the best at what she does.
